To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Pike Road Pillow Co., you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Pike Road Pillow Co. will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Pike Road Pillow Co.. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Pike Road Pillow Co.. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Pike Road Pillow Co. Return Procedure will be breached and Pike Road Pillow Co. will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Pike Road Pillow Co. will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Pike Road Pillow Co. charges a 25% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Pike Road Pillow Co. prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Items with Free Shipping:
Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. 'Free Shipping' will no longer apply once the item is returned. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges to send your replacement item.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

Pike Road Pillow Co. provides the following Limited Warranty on the following: the Wilber Bench, the Wilber-Force Advertising Bench, the Wilber Collapsible Table, the Wilber Receptacle, the Heritage Bench, the Luma Bench, the Wilber Folding Bench, and the Wilber Camouflage Bench (hereinafter referred to both individually and collectively as a "Product" or "Products").
• This Limited Warranty provided on a Product listed above shall last for one (1) year from the date the Product is purchased.
• This Limited Warranty applies, where applicable, to the vinyl seating, the vinyl inserts, the powder coating, and the camouflage covering of a Product. Except as provided below, a Product�s vinyl seating or vinyl inserts will not peel, flake, rust, blister, corrode, or otherwise exhibit abnormal weathering. Except as provided below, a Product�s powder coating will not fade, peel, or rust. Except as provided below, a Product�s camouflage covering will not fade, peel, or rust.
• This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, vandalism, accidents, acts of nature, power washing, or exposure to abrasive cleaners, bleach, or other chemicals, including, but not limited to, bromine or chlorine. This Limited Warranty does not cover fading to red or orange vinyl seating or inserts caused by ultra-violet rays or water. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage of any kind to the Lexan protective covering of the Wilber-Force Advertising Bench.
• If a Product does not conform to this Limited Warranty, Pike Road Pillow Co. will repair the nonconforming aspect(s) of the Product. If Pike Road Pillow Co. is unable to repair the nonconforming aspect(s) of the Product, then Pike Road Pillow Co. will replace the Product. To obtain the applicable remedy (repair or replacement), you must follow the steps below:

1. Notify Pike Road Pillow Co. of the defect and its cause, if any, within one year of the date of purchase from Pike Road Pillow Co.. Notice shall be sufficient if it is given by mail, phone, or fax using the contact information below.

• All implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are only effective for one (1) year from the date the Product is purchased from Pike Road Pillow Co.. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

• Pike Road Pillow Co. will neither pay nor take responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by defects in the Products. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
• This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
