- How soon will I receive my order?
- All of our products are made to order, and some are embellished with antique pieces or one-of-a-kind pieces. Typically, your order will ship in 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders we are receiving.
- Do you offer expedited order fulfillment?
- Yes - please contact us first regarding availability - some items are able to ship very quickly.

- What "fill" types are available?
- All pillows can be filled with a feather down bun or all-weather fill. We suggest using our all-weather fill on the Badminton so you can enjoy it outdoors.
- How are the bronze buttons hand-made?
- Our bronze buttons are made by hand in the USA using the lost wax cast method. They are available in natural bronze or a dark patina finish. The dark patina will not turn. Natural bronze will age over time. Coating with a thin film of Johnson's paste wax annually will prevent darkening, or you can polish with Simichrome. We suggest and prefer the natural aged finish.
